How do I restore purchases?

You can restore active subscriptions that you purchased in the App Store.

  • Go to the Parent Zone
  • Tap on “Profile”
  • Scroll down to “Settings”
  • Tap on “Restore Purchases”
  • Tap on “Ok”
  • Your subscription content will be available to you when you return to the main menu.
  • If you need help restoring a subscription contact us by email
